Chia and Lemon Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup  fresh lime or lemon juice (2 large limes or 1 large lemon)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup  sugar or 1/4 to 1/3 Cup of Agave Nectar
  • 1/4-1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 10 Cups Water

Directions:

  1.  Add all ingredients to a pitcher or a sealable container.
  1.  Wisk ingredients well in pitcher or shake sealed container well. Wisk or shake well again after 10 - 15 minutes.
  1.  Chill for 30 minutes or more.
  1.  It will last in refrigerator for about 5 days.
